Brent Balika, Executive Chef of Adorn Bar & Restaurant, brings nearly 30 years of culinary experience shaped by an ingredient-first philosophy. A Chicago native, his career spans formative years at Charlie Trotter’s, Michelin-starred kitchens in Las Vegas, and leadership roles with culinary icons Wolfgang Puck, Michael Mina, and RPM Steak.
At Adorn, Balika is focused on reestablishing the restaurant as a community hub while celebrating seasonal, ingredient-driven cuisine. He works closely with local farmers and explores farmers' markets to source unique, high-quality products, ensuring that the ingredients themselves are at the heart of every dish.
